I just bought this a couple weeks ago and I have yet to take the bag out to dump it, but it looks super cute, pretty easy to set up once you figure out how to put the bag in for it to be twisted so that when you step on the pedal it untwists. Once you figure it out it seems to work well and looks adorable. So far I love it.

I purchased this item on a whim. I am so glad I did! No more smelly bags and a great addition to my kitty's "bathroom"! I am very impressed with this company and its employees. I had a little mixup on a tracking number and I left my inquiry on their website; knowing I would be contacted during regular buusiness hours (Mon-Fri). I received a phone call on a SUNDAY from a very nice gal, Debbie. She was so concerned about my inquiry that she acted on her own to investigate. She actually called me with the results of her investigation and insured me I would be receiving it the next day, Monday. Debbie was so nice to work with and impressed me! The Kitty Twist'r has made a beneficial difference in my life routine. My previous system wasn't so great, and I always wanted to change it but never found the right system. When I stumbled upon this product, it resolved everything. I met the company owner at a cat convention and received a clear tutorial on how the product works. It was so simple and pleasing that I bought it immediately. It works wonderfully, is easy to change bags (and they fit securely), and it makes life simpler because you have less trips to the dumpster. I have two cats, and I can go about a week or a little more before considering changing bags. The bag is sturdy and ties closed when ready to dispose. There’s also never an odor. I’m happy with the purchase, and the personal customer service from Red Rocket Pets is just as fabulous. They've even reached out to me on their own to see if I was still happy with everything. That's rare and exceptional customer service!
